Meagan Pena
Meagan was raised in the Pacific Northwest, and fell in love with Lake Havasu City while visiting family. She and her husband started a food truck lot business called “Hava Bite” in 2025, putting down roots in the community. She was a labor and delivery nurse prior to her career in real estate, helping families in some of their most precious moments of life. Now, as a realtor, she enjoys helping people through some of their most crucial moments in a different way, as a negotiator and advocate.
Meagan’s favorite things to enjoy in Havasu are spending time on the lake (of course!), e-biking, hiking, and spending time with her two children and husband.
